Guest Information for Properties Managed by Premier Holidays
These terms and conditions apply in addition to the Premier Holidays Conditions of Use and any other terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contined elsewhere on www.premierholidays.com.au and its associated website. You agree to all such terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers.
Check In Time
Check in time is strictly 2.00pm. Early check-ins are subject to availability.
Check Out Time
Check out time is strictly 10.00am. Late check-outs are subject to availability.
Cancellation – Apartment
- 30% deposit due at time of booking
- Full Payment due 21 days prior to Arrival
- All Deposits are Non-Refundable
- Minimum 3 Night Stay
** Booking cancelled due to COVID will receive a credit voucher
Children and Extra Persons
- Cot Hire: Rates on Application
- High Chair Hire: Rates on Application
- Rollaway Hire: Rates on Application
- Children using existing bedding stay free of charge
- Children 3 years+ needing additional bedding, adult rates apply
Cleaning
Our rooms are presented in a high standard & we expect them to be maintained to this standard. All rubbish is to be placed in the bins provided or in the outside bins. All dishes to be loaded into the dishwasher and the dishwasher is to be turned on.
Your apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. Your Tariff includes a standard clean, however should any additional cleaning be necessary, or the accommodation has had smoking inside, then additional charges at our standard cleaning rate of $40.00 AU per hour to restore the property to standard may be charged to your credit card.
Breakages/Damages
Credit Card details are held by us for security purposes. Any breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to your Credit Card if necessary, however, it is not our intention to charge for replacement of accidental broken glass or plates for example. Charges will be imposed if the accommodation is left in an unreasonable condition, eg:
- Dirty dishes not rinsed and stacked in the dishwasher
- Rubbish not removed from the accommodation and disposed of in the outside bins
- Soiled or stained bed covers, rugs, upholstery etc.
- Lost, damaged or misplaced keys
Any breakages or damage to the accommodation, its fittings or facilities will be charged to the Guest at replacement/repair cost plus 10%.
Lost Keys
Room keys are the responsibility of the Guest. If these keys are lost, replacement cost of $44.00 AU per key will be charged to the Guest.
Loss of Property
Please note that this apartment is a privately owned and operated home and as such the owner or agent accepts NO responsibility for loss of property. Whilst all assistance will be taken to assist with the recovery of lost property, the responsibility remains with the Guest. It is recommended that you review your travel insurance requirements prior to commencement of your stay to ensure adequate protection of your valuables.

PREMIER HOLIDAYS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Premier Holidays Consumer Conditions of Use
The Premier Holidays website is owned and operated by The Piggott Family Trust t/a Premier Holidays Pty Limited (ABN 61 975 725 667).
1) Agreement between You and Premier Holidays
Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers.
2) Premier Holidays goods and services
2.1) Premier Holidays operates the Site as a referral forum for short term holiday lets of less than 60 days. Premier Holidays also provides information on the site for a number of holiday-related suppliers and provides you with the opportunity to purchase goods or services provided by those Suppliers.
2.2) We are not an agent for property owners or managers that advertise properties on Premier Holidays, nor are we an agent for any third party suppliers of other goods or services that are advertised on Premier Holidays (each of which is referred to in these conditions as a ‘Supplier’. We are not involved in the actual transaction between you and any Premier Holidays, unless you used the Premier Holidays Online Payment System (see below) for that transaction. You enter into any transaction with a supplier entirely at your own risk.
2.3) Information provided on the Site about goods and services offered by a Premier Holidays is provided by that supplier. We do not monitor, verify or endorse information submitted by suppliers for posting on the Site and you should be aware that such information may be inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date. Facilities, activities or other services that form part of your booking may be subject to change.
2.4) We do not make any representation as to the safety, quality, condition or description of any goods or services provided by suppliers that are advertised on the Site. Any issues regarding safety, quality, condition or description should be dealt with directly with the supplier with whom you have made the booking. Premier Holidays is unable to provide refunds in these instances.
2.5) Suppliers may impose their own terms and conditions in relation to their goods and services. You acquire goods and services from suppliers subject to those terms and conditions, so you should check that you agree to the terms and conditions before you confirm your booking.
2.6) All bookings are subject to Premier Holidays availability.
2.7) You agree that you will only use the reservation/enquiry forms on the Site for genuine booking enquiries or reservations.
3) Exclusion of liability for Suppliers
To the extent permitted by law, Premier Holidays will not be responsible, and we exclude all liability, for any loss or damage whatsoever (including personal injury and damage to property) that you or another person may suffer in connection with the offer or supply of (or default in supplying) goods or services by Suppliers.
4) Use of Premier Holidays Online Payment System
4.1) The Premier Holidays Online Payment System is provided on the Site to assist consumers to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with Premier Holidayss, and to make payments for those transactions through Premier Holidays, and for no other purposes.
4.2) You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use the Premier Holidays Online Payment System in accordance with these terms and conditions. You also agree that all information supplied by you in using the Site and the Premier Holidays Online Payment System will be true and accurate.
4.3) Any speculative, false or fraudulent booking is prohibited. You agree that the Premier Holidays Online Payment System will only be used to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or another person for whom you are legally authorised to act. You acknowledge that overuse or abuse of the Premier Holidays Online Payment System may result in you being denied access to the system.
5) Reservations and Payments
5.1) All transactions using the Premier Holiday Online Payment System will be processed in Currency AUD.
5.2) If you are using the Premier Holidays Online Payment System, the total transaction value for a booking is split into two portions: the non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance. You may pay both portions (the full amount) up-front or pay the deposit initially and subsequently pay the remaining balance. Where the stay commences in less than 4 weeks from the time of booking, the full amount must be paid up-front.
5.3) At the time of booking through the Premier Holidays Online Payment System, you must pay the deposit or full amount of the booking by credit card in Australian dollars. You will then receive a booking confirmation and reference number for your booking. You will need to use that reference should you wish to refer to your booking at a later date.
5.4) By using the Premier Holidays Online Payment System, you agree to the automatic debit of the remaining balance from your credit card on the due date for final payment. You must ensure that sufficient funds are available for debit at that time. Fees and charges relating to insufficient funds at time of debit will be passed onto you.
5.5) If you do not pay the remaining balance by the due date and it remains overdue for more than one week, the Supplier may deem the booking to have been cancelled by you and retain the non-refundable deposit.
5.6) On receipt of funds from you, Premier Holidays will hold those funds on behalf of the Supplier until such time as they are remitted to the Supplier, refunded to you (if you are entitled to a refund) or transferred to Premier Holidays in payment of our fees and charges. No interest will be payable by Premier Holidays to you or the Supplier on amounts held by Premier Holidays.
6) Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
6.1) Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do
6.2) Terms and conditions for booking changes, cancellations and refunds are specific to each Supplier and/or each property that they list. These terms are set out on the payment page if you are using the Premier Holidays Online Payment System. The standard supplier cancellation fee is a full refund if you cancel outside of 30 days before your arrival or if you arrival is within 30 days, no refund applies.
6.3) If you are using the Premier Holidays Online Payment System and you cancel a booking, the deposit portion of the total transaction value is non-refundable. If you have already paid the remaining balance, your right to a refund of that portion will be determined by the cancellation policy of the Supplier.
6.4) If you used the Premier Holidays Online Payment System for your booking and you are entitled to a refund under the Supplier’s terms and conditions, the refund will be made through the system to the same credit card that you used to pay for the booking. In other cases, you must make arrangements for payment of any refund to which you are entitled directly with the Supplier.
6.5) If the Supplier is unable to fulfil a confirmed accommodation booking (in full or part), they must use their best endeavours to find you alternative accommodation of a similar standard. If the Supplier cannot find suitable accommodation that is acceptable to you, you should contact Premier Holidays Customer Support for further assistance.
6.6) If you are using the Premier Holidays Online Payment System and you change or amend a booking, a $55 non-refundable amendment booking fee will be incurred. If you have already paid the remaining balance, your right to a refund of that portion will be determined by the cancellation policy of the Supplier.
7) Security of payment
7.1) We have taken all practical steps from both a technical and systems perspective to ensure that all of your information is well protected. A secure payment gateway is used to process all transactions and credit card details. However, Premier Holidays does not give any warranty or make any representation regarding the strength or effectiveness of the secure payment gateway and is not responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to your information.
7.2) When purchasing from Premier Holidays your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. 8) Payment Options
Payments accepted include credit cards (Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard only), AUD personal or bank cheques/drafts, Direct bank transfer, AUD postal money orders and telegraphic transfer (allow 7 days transaction time). Prices quoted are in AUD and all payments must be made in AUD. A 3.5% credit card surcharge fee will be charged when payments are made via Amex credit card. Some suppliers also have a credit card surcharge for balance payments.
9) Rates & Charges
9.1) All rates featured are valid from 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014. Prices and conditions are correct at time of printing (1 October 2012), but are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. All reservations do not include transport from your home port to holiday destination and return, items of a personal nature, meals (unless specified), transfers and existing or proposed taxes and government charges, unless otherwise indicated.
9.2) Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the reservation. The price of your holiday cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received.
9.3) All prices and other payments and conditions should be confirmed with your travel consultant at the time of booking.
9.4) Quotes and reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking. Quotes are valid for seven (7) days. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of the price, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of the reservation from your travel consultant.
10) Responsibility
10.1) Premier Holidays shall not be liable under any circumstances for any failure by those suppliers to fulfil such travel arrangements nor for any error, alteration or change of any kind made by those service providers following the acceptance of the booking by them. All coupons, vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by those service providers.
10.2) Premier Holidays, their employees or agents do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever or however the same may be caused and they do not warrant and are in no way responsible for the accuracy of any information given in statement made by their service providers in terms of travel arrangements. By utilising the travel services provided by Premier Holidays, you agree that:
10.3) Premier Holidays shall not be liable for the wilful or negligent acts and/or omissions of such carriers and/or suppliers. Premier Holidays will not be liable for any accident, injury, delay, property damage or personal loss to you or those travelling with you in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other travel services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, act of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.
10.4) Please note that all travel documents, observance of laws and regulations of various Governments are the responsibility responsibility of the traveller.
11) Privacy Policy
11.1) Premier Holidays is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all. Premier Holidays uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Premier Holidays only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.
Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its “IP address,” and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer’s IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.
We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
